CCM acquires a holding in LPM.Group S.p.A.

On 7 November 2022, C.C.M. Coop. Cartai Modenese acquired 5000 treasury shares, amounting to 0.5% of the capital of LPM.Group S.p.A. (a leader in the processing and commercialisation of plastic materials, design services and the installation of guards for automated machinery).

Davide Faietti, President and Managing Director of C.C.M. Coop. Cartai Modenese, stated that “CCM’s position as a shareholder in LPM reflects our strategy of diversifying and growing our business in line with our Industrial Plan. We aim to continue this strategy for growth by establishing new partnerships in order to further consolidate CCM’s positioning.”
