To provide clarity and outline concrete scenarios on the future of packaging and retail, CCM Coop Cartai Modenese and LifeGate, after last year’s success, renewed their collaboration with two talks as part of Marca 2025, the event dedicated to modern organised distribution (Dmo) held on 15 and 16 January at BolognaFiere.
The speakers’ speeches delved into eco-design strategies and the evolution of the retail and packaging sector towards models with a lower environmental impact, devoting particular attention to greenwashing. Without neglecting the risks of misleading communications, the reflections of the 7 protagonists explored good practices to avoid it, accompanying an overview of European regulatory updates and the key role of retail in accelerating climate action to promote more conscious purchasing choices.
