Sustainability, recycling, reduced pollution and waste<\/b> \u2013 these are the foundations of our production.<\/span><\/p>\n

All our packaging is manufactured with attention and <\/span>respect for the environment<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Research for a cleaner world is our guiding value.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u201cCCM has always focussed on the wellbeing of our employees, external stakeholders (vendors and clients), and our local area and community. This is why our managers are specifically qualified to communicate our values and who we are.\u201d Davide Faietti, President and Managing Director of CCM, continues: \u201cWe are very proud that this year \u2013 our fiftieth anniversary \u2013 we are presenting our first Sustainability Report, and we are convinced that it will prove a valuable tool for creating value and demonstrating that CCM is a business with important ideas and know-how.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The Report sets out <\/span>4 macro values<\/b> to be realised over the next 3 years: <\/span>People<\/b> (Human Approach), <\/span>Projects<\/b> (Development Partners), <\/span>Packaging<\/b> (Sustainable Innovation) and <\/span>Sustainability<\/b> (Working Responsibly).<\/span>
\n<\/span>For each such value, we have set out <\/span>improvement objectives<\/b> to enable us not to lose sight of our commitments.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDuring this first year, we will focus on the safety and wellbeing of our employees, staff training, and initiatives to make our workers more united and improve their ability to work as a team.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The first project realized this year consisted in training and working together with Modenese technical colleges, so as to bring young people under the age of 35 into the company and enable them to grow, with a particular focus on logistics and production. \u201cA second project focused on creating solidarity among our workforce, using team building workshops and sporting events as opportunities to work as a team, involving every level of the company from shop floor workers to managers. We are also actively engaged in supporting the local community. In September, on the occasion of the celebrations of <\/span>CCM\u2019s 50th Anniversary<\/b> we will donate an ambulance to the Modena Croce Blu (Blue Cross voluntary association).<\/span><\/p>\n
