Das Projekt sieht vor, dass Abfallprodukte der Verarbeitung von Holz aus der europ\u00e4ischen Agroforstwirtschaft f\u00fcr die Herstellung biologisch abbaubarer und kompostierbarer Biokunststoffe mit hohem Mehrwert verwendet werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Ziel von <\/span><b>WOOD4PLASTIC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ist die F\u00f6rderung einer nachhaltigeren Produktion im Sektor der Kunststoffe, die darin besteht, dass biobasierte Materialien eingesetzt werden, wodurch auch ein Beitrag zur Dekarbonisierung geleistet wird. Das Projekt konzentriert sich auf die Optimierung der Prozesse zur Umwandlung der Abfallprodukte der Holzverarbeitung in <\/span><b>g\u00e4rf\u00e4hige Zucker und Lignin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, die anschlie\u00dfend als Bl\u00f6cke zur Produktion von Biokunststoffen, Biomaterialien und Bioprodukten eingesetzt werden. Die technischen Herausforderungen in diesem Zusammenhang sind die Reinigung der Zucker und die Verarbeitung des Lignins, um die Rohstoffe f\u00fcr die Herstellung kompostierbarer Kunststoffe zu erhalten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unter den Anwendungen, die bei <\/span><b>WOOD4PLASTIC<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> auf den ersten Pl\u00e4tzen rangieren, ist die Entwicklung eines innovativen <\/span><b>thermogeformten Tabletts aus Papier<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> f\u00fcr den Lebensmittelverpackungssektor zu nennen, welches mit kompostierbaren Biomaterialien beschichtet wird, die Konservierung der Lebensmittel sicherstellt und gleichzeitig beste umweltvertr\u00e4gliche Performances bieten kann.
